Employee Attendance Tracker (FREE)
Comes with an advanced and interactive Dashboard with many insightful charts to help you quickly review how your employees and departments take leave. Includes option to allow for length of service (i.e. accrued leave); add employee notes; add comments to leave dates (i.e. came in late today); filter Overview by department, etc.
By default the admin password is blank. To change this go to Settings view. Once added only admin will be allowed to add or remove leave. Optionally, only admin may have access to the Dashboard, or see employee notes and leave date comments. To change this go to Settings view. This spreadsheet is FREE to use for tracking up to 10 employees. Features: - all data is presented in an easy to appreciate and review manner; - easy to interrogate periods, and leave tendencies; - allows you to choose an employee, a department, leave type and year to analyse in detail; - compare selected employee's and department's average against company average; - shows top 10 and bottom 10 employees and departments ranked based on selected leave type; - if your company has no need to drill into big data then you can disable this View or make it only viewable to your admin. Allows you to quickly check who is on leave at certain dates and decide whether to accept next leave request or not. Allows you to easily identify periods where a large number of employees is on leave and take appropriate precautions. This management tool allows you to save time and money. Features: - all employees are listed in one view; - easy to follow, all information at a glance; - easy to interrogate periods, and leave tendencies; - option to filter employee list by department; - option to show employee ID, department and work shift; - change view between: one month, three months, six months or full year; - to highlight an employee click his/her name, repeat to deselect; - employee leave statistics are available (unless restricted by admin); - counts number of employees off per day (available in one month and three months view); - can be easily printed out for record keeping or resources meetings; - in-spreadsheet help; Allows employees to view their leave records in a clear table. Admin can quickly add or remove leave per employee. Features: - individual employee view; - easy to follow; - shows full year in one clear table; - optionally show employee notes; - add comments to leave dates (e.g. came in late today) - dates with comments are underlined; - detailed leave statistics are available (unless restricted by admin); - can be easily printed out as an individual annual leave record; - admin can very quickly add/remove leave by selecting leave type and then clicking a date in the calendar (no need to fill in long tables with leave records); - in-spreadsheet help; Quickly add new employees and office holidays. Customize formatting of the spreadsheet. Control what information your employees see (e.g. leave statistics, Dashboard, etc). Features: - easy input of employee details including employee ID, department/group, work shift, annual leave entitlement, employee's start date (or annual leave carried over from previous year), additional leave entitlement due to length of service (i.e. accrued leave); - quick import of large employee database; - easy input of office holidays with description for easy reference; - customize leave names, colours and weighting (full day or half day available); - leave calculations can be based on employee's start date; or simplistically based on annual leave carried over; - select which month the financial year starts on (typically January or April, but any month can be selected); - week can begin on Monday (European standard) or Sunday (American standard); - leave can be referred to as Annual leave or Vacation; - people can be referred to as Associates, Employees, Staff, Students or Volunteers; - employees can be part of a department or group - this can also be ignored; - option to add work shift. Quick selection available between Day/Night, or Day/Swing/Night, or Alphabetical, or Numberical; - employee lists can be sorted by Surname/First name/Departments/Employee ID/Work Shift; - employee lists can be displayed as "Surname Name", "Surname, Name" or "Name Surname"; - leave statistics can be visible to all, or only visible to admin; - option to choose whether leave can be added over weekends and/or over office/bank holidays; - option to allow for length of service (i.e. accrued leave); - option to enter Admin password to protect spreadsheet from editing by users. If Admin password is selected then users can't edit or see employee list of settings; - date formatting can be DMY (European standard) or MDY (American standard); - option to show Dashboard - can be visible to all, visible to admin only, or disabled; - option to show employee's ID; - option to show employee notes in Detailed View - can be visible to all, to admin only, or disabled; - option to show comments per leave date - can be visible to all, to admin only, or disabled; - choose comment underline colour; - enter up to seven default leave comments; - in-spreadsheet help;
